SystmOnline
This is a dispensing practice and most of our patients can therefore collect their medication from the medical centre rather than having to make a trip into town. We offer a delivery service for some patients, please speak to dispensary for details.
Repeat prescriptions may be requested in the following ways:
- By hand – drop your repeat slip in to reception, or pharmacy or if closed in the post box located to the right of the main entrance.
- By post – send it to us.
- By ordering online – click the link above if you are already registered.
Please note we are unable to accept requests by telephone.
In accordance with NHS regulations we are only able to supply one month’s supply of each medication per prescription; in exceptional circumstances, for example holiday abroad, additional packs may be allowed.
In order to register for the service, please click on th elink below for an application form along with the full terms and conditions. Forms are also available from reception.
Please bring this completed application form, along with a current Passport or Photocard Driving License to the surgery to be issues with a username and password.
Medication Reviews
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.

Online Repeat Prescriptions
To order your Repeat Prescription Online click the link above.
The system supplier recently made some changes to SystmOnline for Repeat Medication ordering. To order medication, log on as usual, click on “medication” (left hand side of home page), then click on “medication” again (left hand side of home page). Another screen will appear and this is where you can type a message (should you need to) then click “request medication” for a second time.
PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON “MAKE CUSTOM REQUEST”.
