Our Social Prescribing team can talk through any problems that you are having and find out what is key to your wellbeing, then help you to find activities and services that may make a difference to your life and offer you support you to access them. Social Prescribing is relevant for a variety of different situations, including; isolation and/or feeling lonely, financial or housing issues, managing a medical condition, being a carer for someone, a recent medical diagnosis, stress and anxiety, and your own or a relative’s drug or alcohol use.
There are many non-medical issues that can make people feel stressed, isolated or unwell.
